The Kalpatru group, famous for designing luxurious residential projects has launched an integrated township named Kalpatru Parkcity on Kolshet road, Thane. Spread over 100-acres of land, this project is also designed to have various commercial outlets, residential projects, reputed educational institutions, entertainment arcades along with a grand central park that covers 20.5 acres of area.
The Kalpatru Parkcity has three residential projects to choose from. The first amongst them is Sunrise and this is a ready-to-move-in with 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The second is Immensa that comprises of 2/3 and 4 BHk apartments. The last is Starlight and this is designed to have 1/2/3 and 4 BHK Sky Loft apartments. The township offers world-class living experience as it has various modern-day amenities. The design of Grand Central Park at this township is inspired by Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay, New York’s Central Park and Chicago’s Millennium Park.
This project will be constructed in a phased manner and is crafted to have both phased-wise and township amenities. The residents can use both these amenities however the individual projects in the Kalpatru Parkcity will have separate amenities like swimming pools, sports zones, jogging paths, outdoor fitness stations, a Racket Club, Box Cricket Pitch, Putting greens and more.
The township will offer 6-tier security and will have smooth connectivity upto the upcoming metro stations on Line 4 to Wadala, Metro Line 4A to Gaimukh connecting to Line 10 to Mira Road, Metro Line 5 to Kalyan-Bhiwandi and the intra Thane metro.
