Ruparel Realty ventures into Affordable housing in Mumbai

The Ruparel Realty informed about venturing into the affordable segment with a residential project named ‘Ruparel Pride’. This project is planned under the Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna [PMAY] at Mumbai’s Kurla locality. The township is strategically located at Nehru Nagar, Kurla east and is few minutes away from the Kurla Railway station.

The realty firm is expecting revenue of Rs. 100 from its debut residential project of affordable segment.

This township is designed to have 22-storeyed lifestyle residence along with fully-furnished, air-conditioned apartments in 1 and 2 BHK configurations. The layouts are offered in 323 sq. ft. for 1 BHKs and in 2 BHK the carpet area is defined at 467 sq. ft.

The starting price of 1BHK unit is Rs. 63 lakhs and Rs. 90 lakhs for 2 BHKs apartments. Apart from this, multiple features in this township are similar to the RERA-compliant project such as home automation in all units, State-of-art gymnasium, senior citizens’ lounge, dedicated yoga arena, meditation pods, children’s swimming pool and more.
