In order to expand its arm in the NCR realty market, leading hospitality arm of Tata group; Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), has partnered with real estate company Mahagun to develop its hotel project in Greater Noida (West). The deal has been signed recently between the two groups where Vivanta hotel will be developed as a part of Mahagun Marina Walk in Noida Extension.
According to the group’s press release, the new Vivanta branded hotel will be a Greenfield project and will be a part of the recently announced landmark retail cum commercial project Mahagun Marina Walk. It will offer 261 modern and luxurious rooms and suites. The project is expected to get completed by 2023.
Speaking on the occasion, Puneet Chhatwal, IHCL Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer said, “In recent years, Greater Noida (west) has emerged as the residential and commercial hub with the presence of many companies nearby as well as affordable and luxury housing projects. Also, associating with renowned Mahagun group will help us to strengthen our arm in this market.”

Talking about Marina Walk, the mixed-land project has been recently launched by Mahagun Group and will be spread over 18,694 sq. meters of area. The project will comprise of shopping complexes, Office spaces, and hotel suites. The group has decided to sell 4.3 lakh sqft of an area to other companies and the rest of the space will be kept with them.
Mahagun Marina Walk will be home to multiplex, shopping complex, studio apartments and retails shop and hencmahae will become the perfect destination for families of nearby housing society in the future. Marina Walk is well-connected to NCR via NH 24 and DND Flyover.
