In Noida, Swasdee group bought Moser Baer’s land for Rs. 72 Crore

In a recent development, the Sawasdee Group acquired Moser Bear’s 60,000 sq. mtrs of the industrial plot in Sector 80, Noida. The company made an investment of Rs. 72 crore for the same, the media release said.

Pradeep Kumar Agrawal, chairman, Sawasdee Group said, the company has already paid 25 percent of the cost of auctioned plot and will be paying the remaining amount according to the terms of auction. Also, this complete investment will be self-funded and the company will not raise any debt to offer financial assistance to the project. This land is acquired via online bidding process.

The National Company Law Tribunal [NCLT] directed liquidation of Moser Bear due to financial crunch and the land was ordered to put for auction via liquidator firm that facilitates the entire e-auction process.
