PMC approves new town planning scheme in Phursungi and Uruli Devachi

To decongest the city centres, the Pune civic body has approved major real estate developments in the newly merged villages- Phursungi and Uruli Devachi of the Municipal areas. According to the Pune Municipal Corporation, the new town planning scheme related work will take place under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) mission.

The civic body is also planning to develop a ring road on the peripheries of these areas so that they enjoy smooth connectivity with other surrounding areas. This will further add a positive impact on the real estate market of these municipal areas in the future.
