To decongest the city centres, the Pune civic body has approved major real estate developments in the newly merged villages- Phursungi and Uruli Devachi of the Municipal areas. According to the Pune Municipal Corporation, the new town planning scheme related work will take place under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) mission.
