The Greater Noida authority gave nod to the Supertech Eco-Village project and also issued the Occupancy Certificate to 1260 flats in the same township. The certificate is being issued in a phased manner as there are 13 towers and nearly 8,000 flats in the same project.
M.K. Arora, Chairman, Supertech Limited said that we are working to offer housing to all people. HE further said that the company has received Occupancy Certificate for 13 towers under Eco Village-1 project that includes 1260 units namely B1, B15, B17, E4, F1, F5, F7, G1, G5, S1, S2 and N1 towers. The issuance of the Occupancy Certificate came as a big relief as the home buyers can now get their units registered easily.
Chairman Arora also said, the Supertech limited made a record to deliver more than 22,000 residential units in the past three years and the company is working to the best of its ability to meet the set target of delivering 10,000 units in the period of six months. He also said that the company will make extra efforts to reach the target set by the State Government.
The Supertech limited is the leading real estate group of North India and thus the company is working hard to reach the set deadline and aim of Housing for All by 2022 that was launched under the PMAY [Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna] scheme of the Narendra Modi-led Central Government.
The Supertech Eco-Village 1 offer smooth and congestion-free connectivity to nearby areas like Greater Noida, Noida and Ghaziabad. The project has 4-sided open campus and is connected with the main road.
