Ghaziabad based real estate developer; SCC Builders plans to invest Rs 300 crore in a housing project at Rajnagar Extension to develop affordable homes. The residential project will include homes for both EWS and middle-class segment.
The project will be developed in 4.5 acres of an area approximately will have around 300 EWS units and around 650-800 affordable units. There will 5 residential towers along with a commercial space comprising of a boutique nursing home and a primary school with all amenities and facilities.
