The Wadhwa Group launched a premium residential project in Mulund west, Mumbai. The project named Codename WinWin is designed to have 2, 2.5 and 3-bedroom residences.
The developer in association with Man Infra and Chandak Group announced the launching of its second residential project in Mumbai’s Mulund locality. Located on the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road, the township is planned to cover 4.72 acres including 85% open spaces.
While talking about the launch, Navin Makhija, managing director of The Wadhwa Group said that the company is proud to announce the launch of a new project in Mulund west. He also said that I am confident about successfully delivering another landmark project in the city.
Before this, Wadhwa group planned to invest Rs. 2,200 crore in the first two phases of the Wadhwa group township in Panvel. This is an integrated township and covers 450-acres of land.
The company in collaboration with GFH, a Bahrain-based financial investment Group is constructing this township project in the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area [NAINA], the company informed. The realty firm also plans to develop the project in five phases at an estimated cost of Rs. 6,000 crores.
