Awfis, a co-working space provider has recently inaugurated its 10th center in Pune and it covers an area of 33,000 sq ft, the company informed via a statement.
This center is situated in GK Mall in Pimpri Chinchwad and is designed to have more than 380 workstations along with a huge collaboration area. The company also plans expansion in the city in the coming 10-12 months, sources informed.
Located strategically this new center has smooth connectivity from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and is also near to the Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park located at Hinjewadi. This is why the center is becoming popular amongst the companies in the city.
This co-working space provider has office spaces for various reputed clients like Vodafone, Hinduja Global, Dassault, Syngenta and Blazeclan in other centers and the company plans to offer better options for corporates, SMEs and startups in Pune.
In 2016, Awfis opened its first center in Pune and made its presence felt largely here.
At the launch event, Amit Ramani, CEO & Founder, Awfis, said that this city has huge potential and thus we are working towards leaving a mark in the Pune property market while focusing on the ways to fulfill the requirements of startups, SMEs and large corporate clients.
The company has recently received a Series D funding of $30 million from marquee investor ChrysCapital with existing investors Sequoia India and The Three Sisters: Institutional Office.
Presently, Awfis has 63 centers with a seating capacity of 30,000 in nine Indian cities and it plans to set in the real estate market of Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Kochi and Indore.
