Katerra, a leading design, and technology-driven global construction company announced signing of a project with the Embassy group a leading developer in the Bangalore city. Embassy 3A that is spread across 1.6 million sqft of commercial space is the most recent addition to the Embassy Tech Village in Bangalore which is its office park in the capital city of Karnataka.
This project will be designed by KGD- A Katerra Design Partner and all building components for the project and will come up at Katerra’s 42 acres and fully-integrated offsite manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu’s Krishnagiri area.
The Embassy 3A is planned to have 10 floors office space, an astounding ground floor with lobby, two basements floors and a multi-level car parking. The project is estimated to be developed in 19 months i.e. one and a half years.
Earlier in March, the Embassy group, decided to take over the famous Le Meridien hotel located in Bengaluru’s CBD [Central Business District] area to build office space here, the sources said.
According to the sources, the hotel is likely to be demolished this year and the construction of office space building will begin in 2020. This is a land parcel of 2.5-acre and office space is estimated to be developed on nearly 0.4 million sq. ft. area.
