InstaOffice, a co-working firm with centres at multiple cities in India is planning to open 6-7 centres by March 2020.
Vikas Lakhani, co-founder of the company shared this information. Presently, the firm has 15 operational centers.
Lakhani also informed that the firm has made an investment of little less than million dollar till now. He further said that all our operational centres are six months old and have an occupancy rate of 91 percent. Also, our centres break in three initial months of operations.
InstaOffice recently opened a co-working centre in Hyderabad that covers an area of 10,000 sq. ft. space along and with a seating capacity of 210. Apart from this a centre is opened recently in Connaught Place, Delhi and have a seating capacity of 170 seats in 7500 sq. ft. space.
The firm also planning to open a centre by the end of year’s first quarter in approximately 10,000 sq. ft. space in Sector 83, Noida that will have a capacity of 400 seats.
The firm is also focusing on mid-segment targets and not the cities.
Company CEO said that we range centre rent for per seat per month between Rs. 8,000-11,000.
However, in this financial year, the company is focusing more on Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
