Awfis recently opened a co-working space in Zirakpur, Punjab. This space covers 15,000 sq. ft. area in Motia’z Royal Business Park and has a seating capacity of more than 300 customers.
On the opening of this co-working space, Amit Ramani, founder & CEO, Awfis said that the company is confident about the growth of their futuristic and uniquely designed workspace. He also said that we are excited about being the leaders of workspace revolution in the beautiful city Chandigarh.
On the other hand, Labh Chand Mittal, director, Motia Group said that only upward growth is on our strategy lists while considering the current growth of Chandigarh city and we all are excited to witness fast and sharp economic growth of Chandigarh in the near future.
Awfis also plans expansion in tier-II cities like Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Indore, and Bhubaneswar. This expansion plan is targeted to be completed in one year from now.
Many companies plan expansion this year as WeWork a New York-based workspace company is also planning to expand its operations upto 6 million square feet in India and thus plans to mark its presence in top cities like Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad.
Currently, this company own 3 million sq. ft. office space in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon in India.
Recently, Kishore Biyani acquired an entire floor at CoWrks co-working space in Mumbai for his just launched data science and artificial intelligence company Tathastu. The office is located in the worli area of the Mumbai city.
Biyani and his strategy making team have office in this space and this is said to be one of the largest transaction that involved the senior management of a giant company.
