Supertech the famous developer has planned to invest nearly Rs 800 crore on the construction of multiple projects in the financial year 2018-19 and this investment is being made to achieve the target to deliver 10,000 housing units by next year, an official said.
Mohit Arora, Managing Director of the company said the company is hopeful to witness an increase in sales booking to Rs 3,000 crore during the fiscal year 2018-19 as the market is showing good signs with the increase in demand of ready to move in apartments.
In past 30 years, the Supertech group has delivered 40,000 housing units and nearly 60,000 units in 35 projects are under construction in different parts of Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram. Mohit Arora further shared the news of offering possession in Supernova project that comprises of total five towers and currently the possession is being offered in two 44-storey towers. This project costs investment of Rs.5500 crore to the Supertech group.
The Supernova project comprises of 575 units in total and the group has delivered 100 housing units out of these and will hand over the possession of the remaining units in the next three months. The commercial tower covering 10 lakh. Ft. area will be ready by the end of this year but the overall project will take around 2-3 years in completion.
Apart from this commercial space, the 17.5-acre project is also planned to have an 80-storey tower which will have 600 studio apartments and 250 flats. Another tower in the same project is planned to have 250-rooms hotel and 80 Armani-branded residences.
The company is planned to deliver overall 10,000 housing units in 2019. Apart from projects at Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram the company is also building projects in Ghaziabad, Meerut, Moradabad, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur and Bengaluru.
