Sakshi Katiyal, CEO – Home & Soul, is a judicious leader, proactive in the areas of Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Branding. In her earlier role with Investors Clinic (2009 – 2013), she was involved in project coordination, reconciliation and public relations. During her tenure with Investors Clinic, she played an active part in introducing high tech softwares for inventory management and sales tracking. She was also responsible for building the HR department, developing the task force and initiating Loan Clinic, a subsidiary of Investors Clinic. Her invaluable inputs have taken the organization to a whole new level of professionalism, lending it structure, organization, speed and efficiency. As the backbone of after sales and customer satisfaction departments, she has contributed extensively in consolidating the image and reputation of the company.
Sakshi Katiyal has a degree in B.Com from Delhi University and has also received a diploma in fashion designing from ONGC Polytechnic, Dehradun. She is a pass out of St. Paul’s School, Moradabad. At the start of her career, she has worked extensively with merchandising and fashion brands. She joined an export house as a merchandiser and designer where she worked with top brands like Zara, JC Penny, DPAM, TAPA LOEI, PUMPKIN PATCH to name a few. She also worked with buying houses OTTO – AGN , GAP and Alliance Merchandising and dealt with brands like MAX MARA, RMX JOSS, BAUR, OTTO, CASTRO, Old Navy , ANTHROPOLOGIE etc.
